OBJECTS

The things that carry her story

Objects can hold stories that might otherwise be lost. A photograph, a letter, a piece of equipment, a souvenir or a personal belonging can carry a connection to a ship and the people who knew her.

This collection brings together objects associated with Bounty, accompanied wherever possible by the memories, people and circumstances that give them meaning. Each item can offer a tangible link to the ship’s past and to the lives connected with her.

The object may be small. The story it carries may be extraordinary.
